Shipping Policy

At Move On, we provide delivery services throughout Israel.

Shipping fees:

  • Tayibe: Free delivery.

  • Tira & Qalansuwa: 20 ILS.

  • All other areas: 40 ILS.

Orders are processed and delivered within 2–4 business days from the confirmation of your order.

You will receive your order carefully packaged and prepared with attention to every detail.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Move On, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you would like to request an exchange or return, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, activewear that has been worn, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
